Gramadan

I need to lose some weight. In essence, I need to eat less & drink more water.

So I decided to reboot an old idea: Fast for 1 day a week from now on, a kind of personal Ramadan every Wednesday or Thursday of any week.

The tools for 'Gramadan' So as not to overdo it, allow myself to drink as much water as desired. Eat only fruits or vegetables all day. All this until sundown, which at the moment is quite late.

Well, I more or less did it on the 1st iteration now. I'll get better next week, and the week after, etc.. Hold a thumb for me.

And, since this is a little about frugality & suffering, a path not only I am embarking on, I'm going into an ever so small solidarity mode with those others. Calling this something to "overwrite" the word that has now suddenly become taboo: We'll have no more "Grexits"... here comes
